We confirm your date. Within 24 hours, we’ll check availability and send you a confirmation email. If delivery and pick up, we will discuss then day and times.
We finalize your package. You’ll receive a secure link to pay the package price and that will lock in your reservation.
You get setup info. We’ll send a short video and simple instructions so you know exactly what to expect.
Delivery or pickup. A few days before your event, we’ll confirm again your delivery/pickup window (or pickup time if you’re coming to us).
We’re on call. On your event day, we’re available by phone if you need help with setup or sound.
